      Following her study experience abroad, she graduated in law at Rome\u2019s \u201cRoma Tre\u201d University.<\/p>\n

      She continued her studies by completing a Masters Degree in International Relations and Human Rights at the SIOI (Italian Society for International Organisation) and also acquired experience by working at the Chamber of Deputies.<\/p>\n

      She cooperated with the University of Tuscia first as an expert in international law and later in criminal law and procedure.<\/p>\n

      She provides professional defence services mainly in criminal matters and also takes part in trials of national interest, dealing with offences against the public administration, against the administration of justice, against property and against the person and personal safety, as indeed with offences in such areas as medical liability, the environment and the construction industry.<\/p>\n

      She also deals with criminal law in economic matters, including the \u201cex crimine<\/em>\u201d liability of legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001.<\/p>\n

      She has acquired experience in extradition proceedings, also at the international level, taking part, in particular, in the trial relating to the \u201cPlan Condor\u201d, in which the highest echelons of the South American security organisations face charges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
